11th annual night market

For the past 11 years, APSA has been hosting an annual Night Market on the campus of San Diego State University (SDSU) in Conrad Presby's Student Union. Our annual Night Market allows us to collaborate with our neighboring Asian Pacific Islander and Desi American organizations on campus to create a night where we all can promote Asian and Pacific Islander culture through food and performances.

Our 11th Annual Night Market took place October 9th, 2024. APSA with other AAPI organizations participating in our Night Market had the opportunity to sell food best representing their cultures. In the past, the Night Markets previous Cultural coordinators put together. Included many cultural performances throughout the night by SDSU's cultural organizations and cultural groups from the San Diego Area. For this years' Night Market, a different approach was taken to incorporate more Asian American SDSU community based talent as well as cultural performances throughout the night. Night Market serves as a gateway for APSA to share the Asian and Pacific Islander cultures with the SDSU community.
